Public offer

Version of 2026-07-27

This document is the seller's public offer to conclude a distance retail contract for the sale of computer components.

This English text is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy the Russian version prevails.

1. Parties and subject

The Seller is a legal entity registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan whose details appear at the end of this document, selling computer components at retail through the atomcom.uz website.

The Buyer is an individual with legal capacity, or a legal entity, who has placed an order on the website.

The subject of the contract is the transfer by the Seller of the goods named in the confirmed order into the Buyer's ownership, and the payment for those goods by the Buyer.

2. How the contract is concluded

Information published on the website about goods, their specifications and their price is an invitation to make offers. The Buyer placing an order constitutes the Buyer's offer.

The contract is concluded at the moment the Seller sends the Buyer an order confirmation stating the name of the goods, the final total and the delivery period. No obligations arise between the parties before that confirmation is received.

The Seller may decline to confirm an order where the goods are unavailable, where the price or specification on the website contained an obvious technical error, or where the order cannot be identified. In that case any amount paid is refunded in full.

3. Description of the goods

The specifications published on a product page are quoted from the manufacturer's documentation and constitute the description of the goods within the meaning of the Law on Electronic Commerce.

Images on product pages are technical illustrations and are not photographs of a particular unit. The appearance of a delivered batch may differ; its specifications will nonetheless match those published.

The Seller does not substitute an equivalent for the goods ordered without the Buyer's separate written consent.

4. Price and payment

Prices on the website are stated in soum of the Republic of Uzbekistan and include value added tax.

A price is valid on the date shown beside it. A change in price after an order is confirmed does not affect that confirmed order.

Payment is made by bank transfer against an issued invoice. Card acceptance will be enabled once an acquiring contract is in place; until then no other payment methods are offered.

The Buyer's payment obligation is discharged when funds are credited to the Seller's settlement account.

5. Delivery of the goods

The delivery period and method are agreed in the order confirmation. Delivery within Tashkent is made in an agreed time window; regional shipments go by carrier.

Risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods passes to the Buyer when the goods are handed to the Buyer, or to the carrier where delivery is by carrier at the Buyer's direction.

The Buyer must check the completeness and external condition of the goods on receipt. Claims for external damage and missing items are accepted at the moment of handover.

6. Liability and dispute resolution

The parties bear liability in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The Seller is not liable for loss caused by the Buyer's incorrect installation or operation of the goods, nor by incompatibility with equipment the Buyer did not disclose when ordering.

Disputes are resolved by negotiation. Failing agreement, a dispute is heard by the court at the Seller's location in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
