The rules for using the atomcom.uz website and the rights in its content.
This English text is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy the Russian version prevails.
1. Website content
The text, design, illustrations and structure of the site belong to the site operator. Use of the material without written permission is not permitted, except for quotation with attribution.
The names and trademarks of component manufacturers belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify the goods.
2. Accuracy of information
The operator publishes specifications from manufacturer documentation and corrects inaccuracies once found. An obvious technical error in a price or specification does not create an obligation to supply on the erroneous terms; in that case the order is not confirmed and any amount paid is refunded in full.
Stock status is updated by hand and may change before an order is confirmed.
3. Acceptable use
Automated harvesting of site data at a rate comparable to normal traffic, attempts to circumvent technical restrictions, and actions aimed at disrupting the site are not permitted.
The operator may restrict access where these terms are breached.
4. Changes to these terms
The operator may amend these terms. The current edition is published on this page with its date.
The edition in force at the moment an order is confirmed applies to that order.
